看到新聞說常用的軟體有漏洞，不確定自己要不要處理，可以直接寫信或傳訊息問 IT；IT 回覆後，也可以轉告同事。

IT 寄來的通知信裡，常用 critical 標出最嚴重的等級。不確定要多快處理，也可以用這個字問 IT。

更新裝到一半，電腦跳出要重新開機的提示，可以先問 IT 是不是一定要重開；想晚一點再重開，也可以跟 IT 說一聲打算什麼時候重開。

回報奇怪的信：spam 和 phishing
Gmail 有「回報為垃圾郵件」（Report spam）和「回報為網路釣魚郵件」（Report phishing）兩個選項。spam 通常是大量寄出的廣告信；phishing 會假冒銀行、公司或 IT，要你輸入密碼或個資。跟 IT 回報時，廣告信說 spam，騙密碼的信說 phishing。
