在 AI 工具鋪天蓋地的職場裡，每封信都可以被潤稿、每份簡報都可以被優化，反而讓人開始懷疑：這真的是「你」說的話嗎？職場上的真誠感（authenticity）指的是言行一致、做自己而非扮演角色。研究顯示，當同事或客戶感受到你的可信度（credibility）時，合作意願會大幅提升——而這種可信度，往往來自人們相信「說這話的是真實的你」。
與此同時，企業文化也愈來愈強調透明度（transparency）：主管願意分享決策背後的考量，員工敢開口說不確定的事，而不是把所有東西都精心包裝好（curated）才拿出來。問題是，過度 curated 的職場形象——LinkedIn 上的完美照片、每封郵件都請 AI 潤色——反而讓你更難脫穎而出（differentiate）。當大家的「最佳版本」都越來越像，真正有個性的人反而變得罕見。
台灣補充：在台灣職場，許多人從小被教導謙虛、不突出自己，但在跨國會議或求職場合，缺乏 authenticity 往往被外籍同事解讀為「沒有主見」。其實適度展現真實想法，反而能建立更深的信任感。

知道 authenticity 很重要是一回事，實際做到又是另一回事。很多人誤以為「做自己」就是任性或不專業。其實，職場上的真實感需要三樣東西：
第一是自我覺察（self-awareness）：知道自己的強項與盲點，才能說出有份量的話，而不是一味配合。第二是勇於示弱（vulnerability）：管理學者 Brené Brown 指出，在職場展現適度的脆弱感——比如說「這個我也還在學習」——反而能讓人更願意信任你。不是弱點，而是人味。
第三是誠信一致（integrity）：你私下說的跟公開說的要一致，你答應的事要做到。這種一致性，是讓同事知道你是真誠的（genuine）人的核心方式——也是最容易讓 AI 露出破綻的地方：AI 不記得你上週說了什麼。當你把這三件事做好，你說的話才能真正引起共鳴（resonate）——不只是資訊傳遞，而是讓聽的人感受到「這個人在乎」。
台灣補充：台灣許多職場人擔心「太真實」會顯得不夠專業。建議從小事開始：開會時誠實說出自己的疑慮而非沉默附和；報告中加入自己的觀察而非照單全收 AI 的建議。這些都是建立 authenticity 的具體起點。
