我理解你的想法，但……
在提出不同意見之前，先讓對方知道你有認真聽、也理解他的出發點，再帶出自己的想法。這個順序很重要——先表達自己對對方觀點的理解，再闡述自己不一樣的想法在哪裡，對方會更願意聽你接下來要說什麼，而不是直接進入防衛模式。
情境對話：

如果我理解錯了請糾正我，但……
把姿態放低，讓對方覺得你是在「確認理解」而不是「找碴」。就算接下來你要提出的意見很直接，這句開場也能讓語氣保持謙遜、不咄咄逼人，是職場上很安全的緩衝句。
