經常「秒睡」?這可能不太健康 Fall asleep quickly is not a healthy sign

Do you often fall asleep quickly when your head hits the pillow? That’s probably not the sign of a healthy sleeper.

Experts say a well-rested person does not fall asleep immediately. It could be a sign that you are seriously sleep deprived, which can damage your physical and mental health. For a healthy sleeper, it takes about 15 minutes to fall asleep.

So, how many hours of sleep do we need? School-age children need 9 to 12 hours a night. Teenagers need 8 to 10 hours each night, and adults need at least 7 hours a night.
