巴黎龐畢度美術館北美第一個分館：澤西市The Pompidou Plans New Branch in Jersey City

The Pompidou Center in Paris plans to open its first North American satellite museum in 2024. The location: Jersey City, New Jersey. The museum will have access to art from the Pompidou’s collection of around 120,000 works. The Jersey City branch will be a multidisciplinary cultural and educational center that hosts talks, films and live performances.

The Pompidou’s global branches will become more critical for the institution, which will shut down its Paris home for renovations for about four years starting in late 2023. The satellites will allow the Pompidou to display art outside Paris.
