專業英文：法律

專業英語也就是Professional English，是相對於普通英語的一個概念。普通英語沒有太多的涉及到英語各個方面的專業術語, 而各行各業都有一些專業名詞，如果想要專攻某一專業，專業英語是不能少的，其中法律專業英語是一門較難的專業英語，在此介紹。

被害人 victim

被害人的訴訟代理人 victim’s agent ad litem

被上訴人 respondent; the appellee

案外人 person other than involved in the case

敗訴方 losing party

辦案人員 personnel handling a case

辯護律師 defense attorney/lawyer

辯護人 defender

被告 defendant; the accused

案件 case

案件發回 remand

案件名稱 title of a case

保全措施申請書 application for protective measures

被告人最後陳述 final statement of the accused
