The Ministry of Culture has announced the release of 2 million arts coupons, each worth NT$600, to boost the arts industry negatively affected by COVID-19. The coupon can be used at designated stores for art-related purposes across the country.
Minister of Culture Lee Yong-De said that the coupons are expected to provide a NT$5 billion stimulus to the arts industry. The coupons would also gather consumer behavior data and provide information for future use, such as amending or drafting new laws.
However, since there are only 2 millions coupons, people who wish to obtain one need to register online to join the lottery.

Praise is a stimulus for better work。
The government will do everything in its power to stimulate economic growth.
