台灣首座衝浪運動教育園區座落新北 Taiwan’s first surfing education park is located in New Taipei

　
The first surfing education park was inaugurated in Jinshan District on November 13, jointly funded by the central and the New Taipei City government. Jinshan has always been a popular location for surfing lovers.

The park sits in the crescent-shaped Zhongjiao bay in the northeast of the island. It will be a base for Taiwan to train talent. It will open its arms to welcome both local and foreign surfers, either professionals or amateurs.

As an island, Taiwan has great access to water. The establishment of the park reveals Taiwan’s determination to develop water sports.
