President Barack Obama has delivered his final speech to the American people. “Yes, we can,” he said, repeating his election catchphrase, and adding, “Yes, we did.” At one point, the audience began to chant “four more years,” but he replied with “I can’t do that,” alluding to the fact that US presidents may only serve two four-year terms.
