吃貨注意！台灣米其林名單公布啦！38 restaurants in Taiwan earn stars this year

Thirty-eight restaurants in Taiwan have earned Michelin stars this year, according to Michelin’s 2022 gourmet food guide, which covered Tainan and Kaohsiung for the first time. However, Tainan did not place any restaurant on the list of 38, while Kaohsiung had two restaurants earn one star.

A total of 30 restaurants got a star in Taiwan, 23 of which were holdovers from last year. Cantonese restaurant Le Palais in Taipei remained the sole three-star restaurant in Taiwan for the fifth year in a row. A Michelin three-star rating denotes “exceptional cuisine worth a journey.”
