一般日常生活或室內工作者可選擇防曬係數SPF15~30,若從事玩水、其他大量流汗的運動,則可用SPF50的防曬品。防曬係數太高反而會對皮膚造成負擔喔!
Choose SPF15~30 sunscreen for daily activities or indoor work. Choose SPF50 sunscreen if you play in the water or do exercises that make you sweat a lot. Sunscreen with too high an SPF is damaging to the skin.
記得在出門前20~30分鐘前擦上防曬乳,才會有防曬效果。
