Established in March 2004, TutorABC is the first company in the world that has developed the intellectual online learning system (Smart Enterprise Suites). It's a technology consulting company which provides instant interaction with native speakers, customized personal study programs, and allows the learners to track their learning progress efficiently.

TutorABC has integrated all the digital learning technologies, including LMS (Learning Management System), LCMS (Learning Content Management System), learning coordination, Live e-Learning Application and Content Creation Tools, etc. This newly created technology focuses on Blended Learning planning, combined virtual interactive classrooms and online management systems to help the learners track the entire curriculum and learning process. Every class would contain self testing questions to increase individual and corporate study effectiveness, and also decreases study costs and enhances competitive advantage and learning quality. This new innovative invention of online studying method would completely change the current trend of digital learning industry and create a new age for intellectual e-learning technologies.

In 2005, TutorABC used the innovated technology to create an interactive learning platform DCGS (Dynamic Course Generation System), which would automatically select the learning materials to fit the learners' objectives. This unique system received patent from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs - Department of Intellectual Property in 2006. As the booming of the e-learning system and industry progresses, TutorABC's excellent and amazing innovation has also won the "Innovative Technology and Application Award" and "Top Internet Business Plan Award" from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, and "Excellent information application and production Award" from Information month 2007.

The same year, TutorABC commercialized this newly developed e-learning technology and created TutorABC Online Interactive Learning Service. In the beginning, the major learning programs are in English. It became the first and only online English consulting company, which offers individual and corporate interactive study with native speakers, customized personal study programs, and tracked the leaning results accurately.

In the future, TutorABC's business developing plan is to build up the global marketing and service platform for language consulting. We will launch the new Chinese language learning service in 2008 using the great experience we obtained in Taiwan to develop the oversea market in China, Japan, Korea etc, and expand the economic profit.
