Established in March 2004, TutorABC is the first company in the world that has developed the intellectual online learning system (Smart Enterprise Suites). It's a technology consulting company which provides instant interaction with native speakers, customized personal study programs, and allows the learners to track their learning progress efficiently.

This unique system received patent from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs - Department of Intellectual Property in 2006. As the booming of the e-learning system and industry progresses, TutorABC's excellent and amazing innovation has also won the "Innovative Technology and Application Award" and "Top Internet Business Plan Award" from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, and "Excellent information application and production Award" from Information month 2007.

The same year, TutorABC commercialized this newly developed e-learning technology and created TutorABC Online Interactive Learning Service. In the beginning, the major learning programs are in English. It became the first and only online English consulting company, which offers individual and corporate interactive study with native speakers, customized personal study programs, and tracked the leaning results accurately.
